Choosing a wedding photographer is an important decision in your wedding
planning. You want someone who listens, understands and in the end,
knows what you want. Someone who isn't going to make your wedding all
about them and their schedule. We enjoy taking beautiful pictures that
capture the moments of your special day...that goes without saying. We
arrive a little early to get a feel for the wedding venue and to plan out where
we will get the best shots. We are photographers but we are also there for
you, if you need your dress bustled, your corsages pinned, a drink, we don't
have to be asked, it will be done.
We only ask that you take a moment prior to your wedding to think about
your backgrounds. While we do edit to make the most beautiful portraits for
you...removing an odd object from the background of several portraits is very
time consuming. We will strive to make sure that everything goes smoothly
and quickly. We like to take the majority of your wedding portraits during the
'Getting Ready' portion of our session, leaving only the Bride & Groom with
Parents, Grandparents, and the Wedding Party for after the "I do". This takes
about 15-20 minutes and allows you to get to your reception quickly.
You also have the option of 'First Look', this is where the bride and groom
see each other for the first time prior to the ceremony, it allows an intimate
moment together and a faster exit after the ceremony to the reception. As
always, your wedding your way, let us know what will work best for you and
we will make it happen!
